The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
While interning at R/GA I helped create a chatbot for The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas to build powerful guest relationships that encourage engagement and direct return bookings. Her name is Rose, and she's checked in indefinitely.
We created a backstory for Rose driven by the mystique of the brand. This let us write her dialogue from a distinct point-of-view; one that's uniquely The Cosmopolitan. Working with two other writers we wrote responses for over 100 inquiries.
